Conditions for Returns:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the original order date to return your item.
• Product Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and retain all original labels and packaging.
• Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return:

We are in the process of developing a dedicated returns portal for your convenience. In the meantime, if you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at lomedy@lomedy.eu with your order details. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Additional Information:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.
• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
