We offer shipping across all countries within the European Union (EU).

Delivery Methods

By default, packages are sent to pick-up points and parcel lockers where available, as they are convenient and cost-effective for customers.
For areas where pick-up points aren't available, we provide door-to-door delivery instead.
We partner with DPD and other reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery across the EU.


Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within Estonia: 2-5 business days from the date of order processing.
  • Other EU countries: 3-8 business days, depending on the destination.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over €95 for all EU countries.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, so the actual delivery date will depend on the combination of processing and shipping durations.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For customers within the EU, all shipping costs include applicable taxes and duties. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.


Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We strive to ensure the safe delivery of all packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at lomedy@lomedy.eu, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email).

Effects of Withdrawal:

  • If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from a delivery method you chose other than the least expensive option we offer).
  • You must return the goods to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.
  • You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
