Return and Refund Policy
At Lomedy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:
Conditions for Returns:
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the original order date to request a return, in line with the legally required minimum for Estonia and the EU.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Personalized Items: Unfortunately, personalized products are not eligible for returns.
How to Start a Return:
To begin the return process, please email us at lomedy@lomedy.eu with your order details. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process the exchange accordingly.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
